Jasmine uses the full range of her methodology in 1-on-1 work — Psychodrama, LEGO® Serious Play®, NLP, body and movement, visualisation. Not all at once. The right tool at the right moment.

What makes her coaching different is the depth of the space she creates. She doesn't rush to solutions. She holds the discomfort long enough for you to find what's actually true — not what you've been telling yourself.

Most clients work with Jasmine over 6–12 months. Some longer. The work compounds. What shifts in month two looks different from what opens in month seven.

Jasmine is a PCC-certified Executive Coach (ICF) and Master Facilitator with over 20 years of experience. She has coached individuals across every level — from people navigating personal crossroads to senior leaders in India's largest corporations.

What makes her approach distinct is that she never uses a single method. She is a certified practitioner in Psychodrama, LEGO® Serious Play®, NLP, and movement-based work. She brings the right tool to the right moment — not a fixed programme applied to every person.
